From everything I've heard so far, it sounds like you'll have a better experience playing on the Series X as it's more powerful. The Series S will be the lowest quality version of the game. I imagine it's something like:
- PS5 Pro
- Series X / PS5
- Series S
So yeah if you can afford it, it's probably a good idea to upgrade.
Psy's pretty much nailed it. Since VI is current-gen only, the One S can't run it at all, so an upgrade is happening one way or another. The delay to November 2026 actually works in your favor here - you've got over a year to save up, so I'd hold out for the Series X if you can swing it. The S will play it, but on a game this ambitious you'll notice the difference. Either way, you'll want to be on current-gen hardware well before launch.
I do have the old Xbox One S should I upgrade on the new Series X or the Series S to play new upcoming grand theft 6 game in November 19 yes or no?
