If you need to contact any of the staff on the website, there are a number of ways to go about doing this. Firstly you can send an email. Almost everyone online has access to an email account, so this is a very good way to get in contact. Replies can take anything up to 7 days however, so please be patient while waiting for correspondence to be returned. To contact us by email, please send the mail to the correct address shown below.

You can alternatively send a Private Message on the forums. You will have to register in order to do this however you should receive a reply within 48 hours.

Emailing

If you wish to email, the address you should send the mail to is Psy at GTA4 dot TV, obviously replacing the at and dot for their respective characters. This is for spam prevention, although it won't really work anyway.

You MUST use a descriptive subject for your email. Due to the large number of emails we receive it is often tedious to have to read through a whole email just to find out what it's about, so unless emails are subjected properly, many of them may be discarded. Useful subjects could be "Website Affiliation", "Website Problem", "GTA4 Question", "Forum Problems" or "News Submission". Feel free to use your own as long as it will allow us to categorize what your email is about more easily.

Private Messaging

If you are sending a private message, please send it to "Psy" on the forums, or if it's a matter which you feel any member of staff can assist with, please message anyone classed as a moderator or administrator.
